To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email. When placing an order, information about the rental time and the equipment ordered will also be stored. There is an age limit of 18 years for using the service, so you must also provide your birth year. Order history is also stored. Personal data is used to deliver the service and is retained as long as you are registered as a user with us. You can modify or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Flytt og Vask AS will not sell, trade, or share your personal data. The online booking service is managed by Flytt og Vask AS.
Payment Information
Your card information is stored with the payment provider NETS to handle your order. NETS stores this information securely and is PCI certified. We can manage order changes, reservation cancellations, credits, and any additional charges. Transaction details related to your order are stored, but your card information is not stored by us.

Any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the service or storage of belongings must be reported to Flytt og Vask AS within a reasonable time. You must be over 18 years old to use our services.

Delivery and return of equipment will take place as agreed, and you must present valid ID when picking up and returning items. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you in advance.

Membership is automatically renewed until it is canceled by you as a member. To cancel the membership, it must be terminated no later than the first business day of the month before renewal. If the membership is not canceled within this period, it will automatically renew for the next period.

<li>Right of Withdrawal</li>
</ol>
The right of withdrawal applies only to the purchase of goods and not to the rental of services. When renting equipment or using services provided by Flytt og Vask AS, you cannot cancel your order.

All content on the website (images, videos, text) is protected by copyright law. The use of our content is only allowed with permission from Flytt og Vask AS.
